Are you like-minded?

Join us

Being a Pragmatist means you are part of a family: we listen to one another, encourage selflessly, disagree respectfully, have fun together and support each other kindly.

The 'team' in Pragmateam is critical to us and our culture. We are a group of like-minded practitioners who are all curious, continuously looking to experiment and learn. We know that working together as a team means better results for us, our clients and their customers.

To maintain our learning culture and always support each other, we hold Learning Lunches, Technical Brown Bag sessions, Team Offsites, provide a generous personal development budget and share constantly in Slack.

‘PragmaThanks’ is the normal way we appreciate and publicly recognise small and large contributions and is also the name of our reward & recognition program.

And we also enjoy having fun together, such as making a silly video to explain how we work as a team.
