Delivery Lead/Product Owner

  • Facilitate discovery/inception workshops with users and stakeholders (success metrics, feature breakdown into epics, define MVP, gather requirements).

  • Write acceptance criteria for each user story.

  • Kick-off features and user stories with developers and team.

  • Maintain the integrity of MVP and the story backlog constantly prioritised.

  • Utilise and promote Agile/Lean values and practices.

  • Lead an agile delivery team, providing leadership and a disciplined approach.

  • Plan and track delivery of features (with support from Delivery Principal).

  • Lead/facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, retrospective, review, stand up).

  • Be a champion for continuous improvement, with a focus on team/organisation health.

To be successful in the role you’ll have the following skills:

  • Extensive experience working in Agile teams as an Agile BA, PO, Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.

  • An in-depth knowledge of various different Agile/Lean values and practices.

  • Experience with leading an agile delivery team, providing leadership and a disciplined approach.

  • Experience writing acceptance criteria for user stories.
