Delivery Lead/Product Owner

Facilitate discovery/inception workshops with users and stakeholders (success metrics, feature breakdown into epics, define MVP, gather requirements).
Write acceptance criteria for each user story.
Kick-off features and user stories with developers and team.
Maintain the integrity of MVP and the story backlog constantly prioritised.
Utilise and promote Agile/Lean values and practices.
Lead an agile delivery team, providing leadership and a disciplined approach.
Plan and track delivery of features (with support from Delivery Principal).
Lead/facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, retrospective, review, stand up).
Be a champion for continuous improvement, with a focus on team/organisation health.

To be successful in the role you’ll have the following skills:
Extensive experience working in Agile teams as an Agile BA, PO, Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
An in-depth knowledge of various different Agile/Lean values and practices.
Experience with leading an agile delivery team, providing leadership and a disciplined approach.
Experience writing acceptance criteria for user stories.
