Strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions, help define user needs to delivering concepts.
Creation of user scenarios, service experience concepts and rapid prototypes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Exploit current and emerging trends to identify and lead improvements to existing services as well as introduce innovative and industry first service experiences.
Usability research including design of research programs, appropriate usability research approaches, distillation and articulation of findings.
Work in a consultative, professional and collaborative manner with the client.
Take responsibility for continuously improving your craft.
Represent and contribute to Pragmateam's pragmatic product delivery focused and learning mindset.
