Scaling Digital Advice


Scenario

Ignition Advice is a global financial advice platform, adopted across insurance, pensions and investment firms to deliver tailored digital advice experiences to end users.



The Challenge

Ignition Advice's SaaS platform could be configured for each client, but the process was highly manual and onerous. As the client base grew, this was becoming a bottleneck, limiting the speed at which Ignition could onboard new clients and scale their commercial offering. So a new approach was needed where non-tech users could configured the entire flow together with the client.

Our Approach

Pragmateam began with an inception phase to shape the MVP, then upgraded the admin platform to allow easy, self-service configuration for each client. We built a dashboard showing a live preview of what the client's end users would see, integrated with existing APIs, and ran the engagement with a remote team of offshore engineers in Brazil supported by a local Delivery Lead and Tech Lead. We also paired with a client team working on the same platform to improve ways of working, focusing on lean and delivery efficiency metrics.
