Staying Connected - June Offsite

We are growing at Pragmateam, now 22 people strong and working across 4 clients. While this recent growth spurt is great news, it puts an emphasis on ensuring we don't become fragmented.

Staying connected as a team, maintaining our culture and learning/sharing are integral to achieving great outcomes both for our clients and end users.

This week we held our bi-monthly offsite, providing a great opportunity for us to regroup, reflect, reward and focus. The format for our offsite varies, such as hackdays, reflecting and planning, refresh OKRs and guest speakers.

We invested the first part of the offsite to team building, getting to know each other at the next level of detail beyond the day to day of work.

Also with the recent exciting addition of Human Centred Design as a capability within Pragmateam, Sam Court spent some time chatting the team through techniques and learnings.

We closed out the offsite with our tradition of welcoming new team mates with their chosen quote and Pragma t-shirt, as well as PragmaThanks reward and recognition.

Below are a few snapshots of the day.
