Agile for Teams
We believe that the team is the unit of delivery, whether in software or other teams. Having clarity and alignment of mindset and practices is key to work successfully together towards a shared objective.
Our most popular training, the 2-day ‘Agile for Teams’ course provides a level-set in knowledge among everyone who is a member of a team using Agile. Using a current project the team works on, the course equips the participants with a common understanding of the central tenets of Agile practice. We support them in working as a team to form a practical framework for implementing Agile in daily team operations.
Our training is:
Relevant. All our trainers are practitioners and work with delivery teams when they are not training. We bring the training to life with war stories and case studies.
Pragmatic. The training is methodology agnostic and focuses on practices, tools and techniques that work.
Hands-on. You will experience Agile ways of working through simulations, exercises and discussion.
